Synopsis
A little knowledge is a dangerous thing.
2002.
The United States and the UK are pushing to invade Iraq. Intelligence sources report Saddam has
biochemical weapons ready for immediate launch – the perfect
justification for war.
When Alex Morgan – an ordinary MI6
desk officer uncovers deliberate flaws in the evidence being used to support invasion, he has to
decide whether to risk his career and even his safety for this deceitful web of
lies.
A fictional account inspired by real events, WMD reveals what
intelligence circles really knew in the build-up for war. Does Saddam Hussein really possess
weapons of mass destruction? Does
it even matter?
“In a
time of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act” - George Orwell

If You
See a Crocodile is a childhood road-movie set in the backwaters and badlands of
London’s canals. Funny, frightening and sad, it tells the story of how an
8-year-old girl’s attempt to travel alone across the city turns into the
adventure of a lifetime. It will chart the terrifying moments, bizarre
encounters and occasional, unforgettable childhood bliss of an incredible
journey from north London to Crystal Palace, and the effect on the adults left
behind.

and his team for making such a well produced short film that engages the viewer
on a difficult subject." – Wandsworth Film Office
Background
Untreated, it is widely considered as one of
the biggest killers in the western world. Yet as pervasive as the condition
itself is the silence that surrounds it. Its name is depression.
Synopsis
As 70 year-old Brian’s story slides
backwards through 15 years of psychiatric intervention, and his daughter’s
crashes forwards over one unbearable night, they culminate on the eve of her
self-harm - the catalyst of his condition. ‘SICK’.

Review
‘SICK’ is a nonliner but very powerful discussion of the
multi-generational affects of depression. Difficult to discern at first, by the
end the short completely resolves itself. Heartrending and universal, the
strong acting and visuals make for a world where the audience is made to
understand all that comes from depression and all that it means. Not so much about
the story as about the message, it gives the audience a detailed glimpse at
this particular 'sickness.'
